Return Policy
If the quality of your purchase from Lavender Creek Farm is not satisfactory because of the quality of the product(s) or damage the product(s) endured during shipping, we will accept a return or exchange. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please email or call us with your order details and we’ll provide you with a refund, or replacement product at no additional cost.
Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped by Canada Post within 3-5 business days. We ship for a flat rate of $15 all over Canada.
The fresh bundles are fragile, so we can only provide local delivery or farm pickup to ensure freshness.
Lavender Creek Farm will ship the products in your order to the address you have indicated in the shipping details. Please note that if the address indicated when placing an order is incorrect or has errors, the client is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.
We operate under the FOB Shipping Point, which means the item is in your possession from the time of delivery. For greater clarity, once packages are delivered to the address you have indicated for delivery in the shipping details, Lavender Creek Farm is in no way responsible for any loss whatsoever, damage, destruction, or theft of the package and is not responsible for replacing the same.
Lavender Creek Farm must have received full payment for products you have ordered before they are shipped.
